Representative Profiles

The representatives at DESERET DISABILITY LAW have focused their practice exclusively to Social Security Disability matters for more than a decade and have achieved positive results for the clients we have served. We have found that a lawyer and representative team who aggressively fights for a client's rights develops a unique and cohesive plan for each case to maximize the potential for successful claims and appeals.

In each case, one simple question drives the personalized strategy: How can I get my clients the help they need? To achieve a successful result in a Social Security disability claim, we have developed strategies for helping our clients obtain assistance from the community and other government agencies that will ultimately assist in obtaining a favorable result in a Social Security disability claim. We understand that our success is defined by clients getting the help they need.
